Southall once boasted 5 cinemas (in common with many towns in the U.K), of which The Dominion was one - a striking example of 30's Art Deco styling, it was a well-known landmark until it fell into disuse and disrepair, which resulted in its demolition in the late 1980's.
In it's time it has hosted stars like Cliff Richard and John Barry alongside All-In Wrestling & special Ladies-only (& their children) screenings of Hindi films.
